Limited Return Policy

  • Seating at Home supplies commercial quality chairs that are built to order.  If the product you receive does not meet your expectations, we will accept unused, resalable customer returns shipped within 15 days of the sale date. Customer is responsible for return freight charges. Return authorization is required.

  • Chairs must be returned in original packaging, along with original packaging materials. Refund of the full amount of the chair, minus shipping charges, will be issued within 72 hours of receipt of the returned chair, following inspection. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization #.
